Have you purchased tickets through an online platform?
You may be eligible for compensation.

We are investigating whether Vivid Seats, TicketsOnSale, Stubhub, and SeatGeek have violated New York’s law against “drip pricing” in event ticket sales. This law requires that ticket prices include all fees upfront. These platforms may be withholding service fees until after you’ve selected your tickets, which could be a violation.

You may be able to seek compensation by filing an arbitration claim if you either:

  • live in New York and have purchased a ticket from VividSeats.com, TicketsOnSale.com, SeatGeek.com, and/or Stubhub.com since September 1, 2022; or

  • live in the U.S. and have purchased a ticket from these platforms for an event occurring in New York since September 1, 2022.

If you would like more information about whether you qualify to file an arbitration claim, please fill out our questionnaire. If you are eligible to file a claim, you will be invited to sign a retainer agreement and complete a declaration.

Our representation is at no cost to you. We only get paid if we recover money on your behalf.
